Prisoners to get varsity level courses

After
read the newspaper excerpt dated 3 March, 2013 taken from
News Strait Times. I would like to give my response towards "Prisoners to
get varsity-level courses" column.
I
do believe what The Prisoners Department do is a good thing to be done as they
implementing several measures to enhance the skills and educational level of
prisoners in order to increase their competency after serving their sentence.
This might be helpful and
give lots of benefit to them.
When they are going
out from the jail, at least they have 'something' or ability to show and use
them to find a job.
This also could be a chance for them as having a
proper education; they might do otherwise in their action. With a certain
qualification, job opportunities might be open for them.
Everybody change and as a
human being, we should help and give them their support.
